1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (use half - 4 oz.)
1 stick margarine or butter, softened
1 bunch fresh parsley (remove stems and clean) & 1 large clove garlic - put both in blender and chop fine
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. medium size Pennsylvania Dutch egg noodles or spaghetti (use only 1/2 lb.)*

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese and margarine until soft.

Add parsley, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to mixture; mix until smooth. Place 1/2 lb. noodles in boiling water with salt and a drop of oil for about 5-7 minutes or until soft (read directions on pkg. of noodles). While noodles are cooking, add some of the hot water from noodles to mixture until loose; approx. 1 cup water. Drain noodles, pour mixture on noodles and stir well.

*BEST BET - Use Pennsylvania Dutch egg noodles instead of spaghetti for better taste.
