1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained.
16 oz. sour cream
1¼ stick margarine, softened
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking bowder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together using a spoon. Do not beat with mixer or whisk.
Drop into mini-muffin tins that have been lightly oiled or sprayed.
Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes, until brown on top.
Makes 48 mini-muffins and can be frozen for later use.

I have not tried this recipe yet, but think it would be a good one. It came from a friend's Family Cookbook. She said they had as much fun with their project as we are having.
