*Cut ALL vegetables into small pieces and rinse.

1 handful (frozen or fresh) peas
3 regular size potatoes
3 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 handful stringbeans
1 large onion
3 small squash (cut in larger pieces)
1 can red kidney beans
1 handful frozen lima beans
1 small savoy cabbage (curly cabbage)
1 pkg. fresh spinach
2-1/2 sticks margarine or butter
Salt to taste
1 bunch parsley & 1 clove garlic (remove stems from parsley, throw out, and wash leaves) - put parsley and garlic in a blender with 1/2-1 glass of water and chop up fine.
1 handful tubettini noodles

You may cover pot when cooking vegetables.

Throw all vegetables in a large pot (except parsley and garlic) and cook under medium flame, stirring occasionally, for approx. 3/4 hour or until tender - after water starts to boil. You may need to add a little water to pot, check consistency. Next add parsley and garlic and let come to a boil again. Turn off gas and add noodles (noodles will soften while gas is off). Stir once, cover and set aside.
