8 ounce package of elbow macaroni
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2½ cup warmed milk
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp white pepper
⅛ tsp paprika
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed and drain. Meanwhile over low heat, blend butter with flour in saucepan and using whisk, add warmed milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until creamy. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Add ⅔ cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Turn macaroni into a well greased casserole dish. Pour sauce over macaroni and stir. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 375º uncovered for 30 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings. Use a little over 4 cups of milk for doubled recipe. Be careful, once you make this recipe people will demand you bring it for get togethers!
