1 cup mayonnaise
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 tblsps. minced fresh parsley
1 tblsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsps. capers
½ to 1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chopped chives
Dash of onion powder

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Chill several hours. Serve sauce over fish or other seafood.
