4 eggs
2 c sugar
2 c bread flour
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c milk
2 tbsp. butter
whipped cream
sweetened strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. In a small saucepan heat milk and butter until boiling. Immediately remove from heat and stir in batter. Pour into pan and bake 30-40 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
