1 stick of butter
⅓ cup flour
12 ounce water
⅔ cup milk
1 pound ground beef
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter to a boil, add salt, pepper and flour. Whisk and blend for 3 minutes until it resembles a paste. Add water and cook to a paste. Add enough milk to obtain right consistency. Add browned beef.
