4 Cups Apples (cut up)
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix.
2. Add water and apples. Mix well.
3. Let stand 45 minutes or longer.
4. Pour into pie crust. Cover with pie shell.
5. Dot shell with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on top.
6. Bake at 350º about 45 minutes.
