2 pounds fresh spinach leaves
8 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 small red onion, peeled, sliced and separated into rings
4 T vegetable oil
3 T sugar
3 T ketchup
3 T cider vinegar
2 T orange juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean spinach leaves; tear into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, oranges, water chestnuts and onion rings. Cover and chill.
Stir together the remaining ingredients well.
When ready to serve, toss salad with dressing.
