1 Box Yellow, French Vanilla, or Pineapple Cake Mix
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Oil
4 Eggs

Topping:
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1½ Cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Bake at 325º in greased and floured oblong pan 25-30 minutes.
3. Topping: Combine pineapple and sugar. Mix well.
4. Pour over warm cake.

Tips: Can sprinkle top with coconut if desired.
Can use strawberries instead of pineapple also.
