Cake:
1 Sticks Oleo
½ Cup Shortening
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
½ Cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoons Vanilla

Icing:
1 Stick Oleo
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
6 Tablespoons Milk
1 Box Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup Pecans
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix 1 oleo, shortening, 4T cocoa, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Sift together flour and sugar. Pour cocoa mixture over top.
3. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and 1t vanilla. Mix well.
4. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13 pan.
5. Bake at 350º 45 minutes.
6. Icing: Melt together 1 oleo and 4T cocoa.
7. Mix with milk, confectioners sugar, pecans, and vanilla.
8. Spread over warm cake.
