Ingredients:  
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 [15¼ oz] can whole kernel corn, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
4 T red wine vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 [15 oz] can black beans, rinsed and drained
Tortilla chips or pita chips

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, red onion, corn, garlic and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and lime juice.
Add to the vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add black beans and toss well.
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
