1 cup of cranberries
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mosasses - 3/4 cup hot water


Sauce
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of butter

Directions:
Directions:

Mix cranberries with 2 tlbs of the flour. Mix soda and salt into flour. Mix molasses with hot water. Then mix flour mix with molasses mix. Gently fold in cranberries till just mixed. Put in steamer or pyrex bowl and put in saucepan with water and a tight lid. Steam 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or till a knife comes out clean. Time varies.

Sauce: put all ingredients in pot and heat being careful it does not burn.
