3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
4 celery ribs, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
2/3 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped cashews

DRESSING:
2/3 cup honey Greek yogurt
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp honey
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, carrots, raisins and cashews.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, honey and spices.
Pour over chicken mixture; toss to coat.
