1½ Cups Sifted Flour
2½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Cup Sugar
1 Egg White
¼ Cup Oil
¾ Cup Skim Milk

Topping:
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Pecans (chopped)
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Oil
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together baking powder, flour, sugar.
2. Blend in egg white, oil, and milk. Stir until flour is moistened.
3. Prepare topping: mix brown sugar, pecans, flour, oil, and cinnamon.
4. Spread half of batter in 8" oiled square pan.
5. Sprinkle half of topping on top.
6. Layer the rest of batter on top.
7. Sprinkle remaining topping on top.
8. Bake at 375º 30 minutes.
