2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese, softened
Pie Filling (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
--Preheat Oven to 350º

--Mix together: cracker crumbs and melted butter.
--Press into bottom of paper lined mini muffin tins

--In mixing bowl; beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.
--Spoon onto crusts filling each 1/2 way.

--Bake 8 minutes.

--Cool and top with pie fillings of your choice.
