1 baked pie shell
1/2 cup fresh lemon or lime juice (Key limes or regular)
1 can Eagle Band Milk
2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tblsps. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine preferred juice, milk and egg yolks. Pour into pie shell. Cover with egg whites which have been beaten stiff with sugar and cream of tartar. Brown in 325º oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Chill.
