1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Bacon Grease
1 Cup Milk (can be substituted with can milk)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Mix all ingredients except bacon grease.
3. Warm bacon grease in skillet.
4. Pour mixture into hot skillet. Place skillet in oven.
5. Bake 25 minutes.
6. Cut and butter while warm.
