1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
¾ Cup Milk (canned milk can be substituted)
12 Jalapenos (cut, with seeds)
Hot Grease
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for the cornbread mix into large bowl.
2. Add jalapenos and juice to make consistency so that mix can be spooned into hot grease.
3. Spoon into hot grease by tablespoon.
