1 Package Crescent Rolls
1 Lb. Medium or Hot Sausage
1 Small Bag Hashbrowns (cooked halfway)
5 Eggs
¼ Cup Milk
Salt and Pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Jalapeno peppers (sliced), optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage. Drain well and set aside to cool.
2. Line a pizza pan with crescent rolls, pinching rolls together.
3. Place sausage on top of crescent rolls.
4. Add hashbrowns.
5. Mix cheeses. Place on top of hashbrowns.
6. Beat eggs with salt and pepper-to taste. Pour evenly over top of cheese.
7. Add jalapeno slices if desired.
8. Bake at 350º 35-45 minutes or until eggs are cooked on top.
