⅔ Cup Onion (chopped)
⅔ Cup Celery (chopped)
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Sugar
3 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Green Peas
3 Cups Cooked Tomatoes
3 Cups Shrimp (cleaned)
⅔ Cup Water
Noodles or Rice (to serve as bed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sautee onions and celery until soft and light brown
2. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add water and shrimp. Simmer 10 minutes.
4. Serve atop noodles or rice.
