1 12 oz. Package Thin Spaghetti
¼ Cup Butter
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Ribs Celery (chopped)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
½ Can Mushrooms (can substitute with fresh mushrooms)
½ Cup Black Olives
1 Lb. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
1 Can Ro-Tel
¼ Cup Picante Sauce
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
2. Sautee onion, celery, pepper, mushrooms, and olives in butter and ½ cup chicken broth
3. Add Velveeta, Ro-Tel, picante, and soup. Stir well.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes.
