2lbs Apples (6-8 Apples)
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
¾ Cup of Sugar
¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
½ to 1 tsp. of Cinnamon
Dash Salt
Dash Nutmeg
¼ tsp. Vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Pastry for Double Crust Pie

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and Core Apples, Sprinkle with Lemon Juice. Combine Sugar, Flour, Spices and Salt - Mix with Apples. Pour Mixture into Pastry. Dot with Butter. Brush with Milk and Sugar. Cover edges with foil. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 20-25 minutes more.
