1-Well-seasoned cast iron skillet
¼ cup oil
3 cups self-rising cornbread mix
1 egg
½ cup mayonnaisse
1 cup water
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pour oil in skillet and heat on the stove.
Combine cornbread mix, egg, and mayonnaise together.
Once combined fully add water and milk and stir until blended.
Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes.
