2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled
⅓ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1½ cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º and grease a 4x8 loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, mash the rip banana with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas. Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beated egg and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until toothpick is clean. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the bread from the pan, slice and serve!

Twice we proved the theory true. The smell of baked goods in the air will help sell your house. On two different occasions we were showing our house to potential buyers. Both times, when the buyers arrived, we had this Banana Bread in the oven. The smell was delicious and the house was sold!
