3 minced garlic cloves ,3 chopped slices of salami ,3 tablespoon olive oil ,two 10 oz bags of baby spinach ,salt & pepper

Saute garlic and salami in oil until crisp ,add baby spinach ;cook until wilted, salt & pepper to taste
