12 large shell macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese. shredded (reserve 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 crushed fresh garlic cloves
salt and pepper
2 cups spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells until barely tender.
Drain and set aside.
Mix up meat mixture saving 3/4 cup mozz and 1/4 cup parm for topping.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam.
Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in dish.
Fill cooked shells with meat mixture.
Arrange filled shells in baking dish.
Top with sauce and sprinkle with saved mozz and parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking about 5 minutes.

I often will do a tray of meat stuffed and a tray of cheese stuffed. These freeze really well.
