2 Packages (8 ounce) Each Manicotti Shells
20 Ounces Fresh Spinach
1 Medium Onion, chopped
3 Cups Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Chicken Bouillon
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 Can (16 ounce) Sauce
2 Cups Mozzarella, shredded

Directions:

--Preheat Oven to 350º

--Grease 2 pans each 9" x 13".
--Cook manicotti; drain and cool on foil.
--Wash, drain and chop spinach.
--Cover and cook spinach, until tender.
--Mix together; all but sauce and mozzarella.
--Fill Manicotti; place in baking dishes.
--Pour sauce over shells and sprinkle with mozzarella.

--Cover with foil and Bake 25 minutes or until hot through.
