2 lbs of collards-trimmed and rolled and cut
1 smoke turkey wing-separate
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chicken base
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Water to just cover greens

Combine all ingredients in large stock pot.
Cook till done on medium heat.
