One head iceberg lettuce
10 oz fresh spinach
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
1 cup bacon bits or fried bacon
6 hard boiled eggs cooked and chopped

Topping:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shopped green onions
1 cupchopped celery
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

You would probably want to make this anywhere from 2-24 hours in advance

Use 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Place ingredients in layers as listed. Cover with a little more lettuce. Then spread topping over the salad and seal edges so it completely covers the salad. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle with chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits and chopped hard-cooked eggs.
