Tomatoes, whole peeled -or- canned stewed or diced
1 Small Garlic

--You start with your tomatoes and you eye ball all the other ingredients accordingly.
--Cook it down for at least an hour or more.
--Serve over cooked ziti pasta.

Elaine, a friend since childhood. She had a dad that could seriously cook. However, he wouldn't share his recipes. Maybe he couldn't! This was the closest we ever got.
I've been making this sauce for years, but can't narrow down measurements. Adding by taste every time I make it.
We actually rented the other half of their house twice. Once in early 70's and again in 1981!
