1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Shortening
3 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Can (16 ounce) Can Vanilla Frosting
Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
--Preheat oven to 350º

--Cream together sugar and shortening.
--Add eggs, milk and vanilla, mix.
--Add inbaking powder and flour, mix well.
--Stir in chips.
--Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

--Bake for 10 minutes.
--Cool completely on rack.
--Frost with icing and top with sprinkles if desired.
