2 packages of chocolate candy melts
1 large jar of maraschino cherries
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Candy mold

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave and pour some into the cherry candy mold and pour excess out leaving a "shell" in which to put the cherry.
Drain a large jar maraschino cherries. Put them between paper towels to dry them well.
Mix together: Eagle Brand milk, butter and vanilla.
Put cherries in the mixture and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put one cherry and some mixture in each chocolate "shell" in the mold and back fill with chocolate to cover.
Put in freezer for 15 minutes to set up.
Remove from freezer and pop the chocolate covered cherries out.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
