9 lbs. hamburger
5 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
5 cans Rotel or tomato sauce with peppers
1 can tomato sauce
2 16-oz. jars mild taco sauce
4 heads lettuce
2 lbs. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 jars olives
3 1/2 lbs. tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 onion
2 containers sour cream
2 extra large bags tortilla chips or 30 taco bowls

Brown hamburger. Add seasoning mix, tomato sauces. Assemble. Serves 30.
