BROWNIES
1 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
1 stick soft butter
1/3 cup peanut butter (more if desired)
2½ - 3 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Brownie Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter, blend in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually blend into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies pull away from sides of pan. Cool.

Peanut Butter Frosting: Beat butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla all together. Spread on cooled brownies.

Chocolate Glaze: Melt together butter and chocolate chips and cool a little. Drizzle on bars over peanut butter frosting.
