1 large white onion
2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup plain low-fat Greek Yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice the onion. Heat skillet over medium heat for 1 minute and add the oil and heat an additional minute. Add the onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until the onions start to brown. Stir in the salt and sugar. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 -45 minutes. Remove the onions from the heat and allow to cool. Add to the yogurt and allow to sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve with raw veggies for dipping.
