Dough:
2- (3 ounce) Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Butter, softened
2 Cups Flour

Filling:
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 Cups Pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Powder Sugar for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
--For Dough: In large bowl; Cream cheese, butter and flour.
--Wrap dough and REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes.

--Grease mini muffin pans.

--Preheat Oven to 350º

--Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into balls.
--Press into each ball of dough into muffin pans or use a tart shaper dipped in flour.

--For Filling: In medium bowl mix together filling ingredients.
--Spoon filling into each prepared well of pan.

--Bake for 15-25 minutes.

--Cool in pans on rack.

--Top with Powder Sugar.
