Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of refined coconut oil Garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning, or other seasonings of your choice
Mixed vegetables of your liking! A good mixture we use is usually:
Asparagus Squash Zucchini Mushrooms Red Onion
Other vegetables such as brussel sprouts, whole green beans, sweet potato and turnips are also great!

Directions:Place two long pieces of aluminum foil crisscross, on top of each other on a baking sheet. Place 1 tablespoon of coconut oil onto the aluminum foil and smear to grease the middle surface where your vegetables will lie. Place diced/sliced vegetables onto the middle of the aluminum foil Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning, or other seasonings of your choice. Add shredded cheese if you desire.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of coconut oil on top of the vegetables.
Bake at 425 for about 15-20 minutes. Once vegetables are soft when pierced with a fork, open up the aluminum foil and broil on low for 3-4 minutes.
