1 tblsp. butter
4 very thin slices Swiss cheese
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tblsps. cream
2 tblsps. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Cut slices of cheese to cover bottom of dish. Slightly beat eggs and pour over cheese. . Season to taste and pour the cream over eggs. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 300º till eggs are done and cheese is delicate brown (about 15-20 minutes).
