1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
zest from 1/2 lemon
6 oz white chocolate chips
confectioners sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter, egg, lemon juice and lemon zest, stir in all but 1/4 c of chocolate chips
Roll mixture into 1 1/2 " balls
Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten a little. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes, you do not want them to brown.
Remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, melt the rest of chocolate chips in microwave for about 20 seconds. Stir and repeat, keep stirring and they should melt. Drizzle on cookies and then dust with confectioners sugar. Only makes about 18-20 cookies.
