2 large ham hocks or leftover ham bone
2 quarts fresh or frozen Lima beans
4 ears of fresh corn (cut off cob) or one pound bag of frozen
8-10 large fresh tomatoes- or 2 large cans tomatoes
2 ribs of diced celery
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place ham in pot and cover with water, add celery, boil for about a half hour
Remove ham from pot, set aside to cool
Add Lima beans, corn and tomatoes, bring to a boil and then turn it down to simmer for about
30 minutes
