1lb sweet sausage 2 28oz cans of diced tomatoes 4-5 potato's 1 onion 1tbsp garic powder 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes,1 tbsp italian seasonings

in crock pot put cut up sausage add tomatoes peel and cut potato's and add,peel and dice onion and add,add pepper flakes,italian seasonings,garlic powder cook on high 6-8 hours this you can let go without stiring I stir it occasionally.....enjoy
