1 can chicken broth
1 envelope gelatin (2.5 t.)
Port / brandy / sherry
1/2 lb chicken livers
1 1/2 medium-sized onions, chopped
1/4 lb butter, melted
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 hard-boiled egg

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer broth for 2 minutes. Add port and gelatin. Pour half into a well-greased mold. Fry liver and onions. Put into processor in the following order: butter, cream cheese, egg, and liver mixture. Mix. Season with salt, pepper, and additional port to taste. Blend, cool, and pour in gelatin. Pour mixture into the mold.
