Apple Cake


Ingredients:

4 eggs
1¼ cups canola oil
2 cups all purpose white lily flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 can Thank You apple pie filling (or any brand). Chopped with fork
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple in its own juice drained.

Mix first eight ingredients together. Fold in pecans and pineapple. Put in 3 nine inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake 350º for about 20 to 25 minutes.
 

Cool Whip Topping


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 8 oz cup sour cream
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 super size (16 oz) frozen Cool Whip
1 can Thank You apple pie filling (or any brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 8 oz package cream cheese, 1 Cup Sour Cream and one teaspoon vanilla.Mix Well. Add 2 cups sugar and mix together until sugar is dissolved then add 16 ounces frozen Cool Whip. Do not thaw Cool Whip, spoon it in and beat until smooth and creamy.
Take can of Apple Pie filling and chop with fork. Put between layers and on top of cake.
