4 sticks of margarine or butter (Land of Lakes)
2 ⅔ cups of sugar (hold ⅔ cup out)
8 egg yolks (save whites in large bowl)
3 ½ cups of all purpose White Lily Flour
8 tablespoons carnation evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine or butter with 2 Cups of the sugar, add egg yolks one at at time beating well. Add alternately, flour and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff, add ⅔ cups sugar. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add to mixture and beat well.
Last add vanilla flavor and beat well, pour in a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan and bake at 350º for 1 ½ hours. If you use a dark pan cook for less time (usually about 10 minutes less)
