Buttery Maple Syrup |

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 cup real maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Dash of salt

Directions: |
Directions:Put the butter in a microwaveble container and heat in microwave until melted. Add the butter to the maple syrup, along with the vanilla extract and salt. Store in refrigerator. Re-heat before serving. |

Strawberry Sauce |

Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Directions:Puree the strawberries and maple syrup using a blender or hand-held mixer. |

Blueberry Syrup |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup sugar or honey 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water, divided 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions: |
Directions:Combine 2 tablespoons water and cornstarch in a small cup and set aside. Put the blueberries, sweetener and remaining water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. If desired, puree with hand-held mixer. |
