Graham Crackers
2 small instant French Vanilla Pudding
3 1/2 C Milk
8 oz Cool Whip

Topping:
3 T Butter
3 T Milk
2 T White Karo Syrup
2 packages Nestle premelted chocolate packets
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer Graham Crackers in 9x13 pan. Beat the pudding and milk. Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip. Put half the mixture on top of graham crackers. Layer another layer of graham crackers and pour the remaining mixture on top. Layer one more layer of graham crackers.

Topping: Mix the butter, milk, syrup, chocolate and powdered sugar together. Beat until smooth and spread on top.

Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
