10 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1 10 count refrigerated biscuits
4 scallions
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Meats - 6 bacon or 6 sausage or 1 Cup diced ham

Large (9x13) baking dish sprayed with cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Mix eggs and milk in large bowl
3. Cut up each biscuit into 4s. Scissors work well
4. Add to bowl
5. Let soak while cooking bacon
6. Cut and shred everything
7. Add everything to bowl except 1/2 of cheese

8. Bake, foil covered, for 28 minutes
9. Remove foil, add remaining cheese
10. Bake additional 10-15 minutes
