1 lb. bacon
2 boxes frozen spinach
½ cup chopped onion
Feta cheese, crumbled
1 package phillo doughfu

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Fry bacon in a pan. Drain grease, reserving for use later. Crumble bacon and set aside. In the same pan heat spinach and onion in 2 tbsp. bacon grease. Mix in crumbled bacon, add feta cheese and wrap in phillo dough. Bake until crust is golden brown. Serve warm.
