3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup of butter
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting
chocolate sprinkles
6 oz cream cheese softened
6 tbsp. butter softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
1-3/4- to 2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat to 375* Place cupcake liners in cupcake pan
Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water(double boiler). Remove from heat and add brown sugar and salt whisking until combined. Add eggs, one at a time until well mixed. Add cocoa, cinnamon, and cayenne, stir until just combined. Fill liners 2/3 of the way full, makes just 12, they don't rise much.
Bake for 15-to 17 minutes. Cool

Frosting
beat butter and cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Add cocoa, powdered sugar, cayenne, and vanilla, beating until smooth. Frost with a swirl. sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
